This collection contains Edward Everett Gallup’s notes from a general chemistry course taught by Frank Kedzie. The notes cover a wide range of subjects such as batteries, chemical affinity, gasses, electrolysis, and elements. The Elnora and Richard Leyes collection contains class notes and course material from Michigan State College (now Michigan State University), National Sales and Management Rally for Florists Lectures for 1951 and 1952, as well as a small amount of biographical information and history of the Janesville Floral Company. The class materials include horticulture, landscape architecture, as well as botany, chemistry, entomology, business accounting and other classes.

This collection contains twenty-seven volumes of class notes from the school years of George R. Pray, a medical student at the University of Michigan Medical School, class of 1900. Included are one volume of class notes from grade eight in 1891, three volumes of class notes from Ann Arbor High School (1892-1893), and twenty-two volumes of class notes from the University of Michigan Medical School.
