Scope and Contents The papers of Fannie Beal contain two notebooks from her classes at Michigan Agricultural College: a cooking notebook and a sewing notebook. The first volume contains notes from her senior cooking class about assorted recipes for fruit dishes, juice, rolls, and desserts.
