Scope and Content

This collection contains the responses to a questionnaire sent to retired faculty from Michigan State University. The questionnaire was administered by professor Leo A. Haak. The results were the basis for a book about retirement that Haak published in 1971.

Scope and Contents The Ruth Simms Hamilton papers consist of subject files and research materials on African American issues, including civil rights and affirmative action at MSU and other universities.
