The Betty Kaleyta Shay papers consists of materials related to her experience as a Michigan State University-University of Nigeria Student Exchange (MINEX) program student. Included are travel itineraries and program information, and items she saved from her travels such as brochures, a menu, and postcards. There are also essay tests that she took, photographs, and Nigerian newspapers.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of papers, photographs, slides, and oversized materials. The bulk of the materials in the collection relate to Druse’s experience in Nigeria. Content Description

The Margaret Strobel collection contains a reminiscence written by Margaret Strobel about her time in the Michigan Nigeria Exchange (MINEX) program. The collection also includes slides and three digital images of Strobel and the students in Nigeria and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka campus. Also included is list of the images with descriptions by Strobel. There is also an image of the student group at JFK airport en route to Nigeria from a publication.

Scope and Content This collection contains the papers of Robert and Elanor Lumianski. Included in the collection are reports by Robert Lumianski his time with the MSU University of Nigeria Project (1962-1964). Also include are reports and correspondence his time with the Peace Corps Masters of Arts in Education program held in Nigeria (1965 and 1968).
