This collection contains correspondence between Person and his two close friends and advisors, Frank Young and Colonel Alger. Also included are several articles giving viewpoints on the prohibition issue, and congressional bills, noticeably the Beck-Linthicum Bill (an amendment to the 18th Amendment), also relating to prohibition. One telegram warns Person of the conditions in copper mines in Michigan, hinting at labor-management trouble.
