The collection includes office materials including annual reports. The annual reports of Administrative Information Services deal with the various programs and services offered for other departments and colleges. They contain listings of employees, charges per college or department, equipment, and usage reports.
The Alliance of Queer and Ally Students records consists of announcements, correspondence, flyers, and minutes of the organization. There are also newsletters, event flyers, and material relating to Lansing and East Lansing, Michigan, Midwestern and National LBGTA groups and women's groups.
