The Maida Tilchen papers consist of approximately 1.5 linear feet of material dating from 1973 to 2021. The collection consists of correspondence, unpublished essays, journal entries, published articles, concert ephemera, interviews with musicians, recordings of women’s music and other performances. Audio recordings will be transferred to a digital format for user access.
Marilyn Frye papers
The Marilyn Frye papers consist of approximately 13 linear feet of material dating from 1964 to 2013. The collection contains personal and professional correspondence, administrative records, drafts and manuscripts for publication, reprinted materials, reference materials, teaching files, catalogs and other printed ephemera.

Michigan Womyn's Music Festival records
The Michigan Womyn’s Music Festival records (1976-2015) contain crew guides and handbooks, maps, banners, t-shirts, programs, brochures, posters, meeting minutes, correspondence, inventories, press clippings, as well as recordings and photographs taken during the festival. The collection gives an insight of the intense effort and amount of coordination it took to make the festival possible, and how it evolved and grew more complex with each iteration.
