The collection contains black and white photographs of Ray Self and Alwynelle Self Ahl wearing Michigan State College clothing and apparel in 1949 and 1950. There are two photos of Ray Self, age 3, wearing a cap with a Spartan S and a green and white suite. He is posing with a stuffed elephant with MSU on it. There is also a photo of Ray and Alwynelle at the beach wearing MSU green and white wool jackets. The clothing was a gift from their uncle, MSU professor Alvin Parker. The photos...
