Abbott family collection
The Abbott family collection includes general and personal correspondence, photographs, scrapbooks, certificates, newspaper clippings, ephemera, and realia. This includes letters written and photographs taken by Ai and Elizabeth Abbott during their time in Peru, correspondence and journals from Inez Abbott and Ella Snyder during their time in Europe and Bulgaria, and photographs and realia relating to the Chicago Commons Settlement.
Benjamin F. Fish papers
This collection contains letters, receipts for taxes and merchandise, property listings, and business agreements reflecting the varied business and property interests of Benjamin F. Fish. Fish was a legal agent and businessman operating in Berrien County, Michigan, and the Chicago area in the 1830s through 1870s. Also included is a graduation announcement from Dowagiac Public Schools for 1879.

Oscar Clute papers
The Oscar Clute papers consist primarily of correspondence (1889-1893) during Clute's presidency at Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University). Also included are several articles on education and M.A.C., and information about the 1893 Columbian Exposition. The period of Clute's presidency was characterized by student unrest, political crises, and faculty turnover.
