The George E. Parsons collection consists of a wide range of documents related to the dairy industry and Michigan State College (now Michigan State University). The collection has newspaper clippings discussing Parsons' accomplishments as well as other events in the world of dairy, a binder with in-depth information about the "Better Milking Clinic" that Parsons led, as well as a small group of agricultural photos.
