The collection consists of letters from Major George A. Dibble to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Dibble, Lansing, Michigan, and family photographs. Dibble joined the Army Air Corps in 1941, was trained in Texas and New Mexico, (along with Captain Elliot Roosevelt), and served in a variety of European and Asian theaters as a supply flight navigator.
