The George W. Spinning collection consists of a scrapbook containing images and materials relating to student life at Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University.) Images include campus, classes, dormitory life, Phylean Literary Society hazing, military squads, and athletics. Scope and Contents
The collection contains four folders of photographs. The Buildings folder contains images of 703 Sigmour St. (Sycamor St.?), Howard Terrace, Linton Hall, and Williams Hall. The Military Science folder contains a group portrait of Company A, and a group portrait of Company B at Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University).
