Scope and Contents The collection contains drafts of reports written by the subcommittees. These drafts are found in Files 1 through 51, Box 457 and File 1, Box 458. As none of the drafts are dated, it is not possible to place the contents of any file in evolutionary sequence with any degree of certainty. This collection contains the report, An Analysis of University Policy Statements Dealing on Instructional Recordings and their Re-Use by Fredrick Siebert. It was written for the State University of New York. Also included is an autobiography by Siebert covering the years 1901 to 1979. The autobiography includes his time at Michigan State University.
