Scope and Contents
The records of the Department of Residence Life contain materials related to student housing including women’s housing, cooperative housing, faculty housing, married students and veteran housing. Also included are materials for training of residence hall staff, residence assistants and minority aides. In addition, there are newspaper clippings and slides of images of campus and the surrounding area. There are also hall policies which include procedures, committees, space use, floor plans as well as constitutions and information about residence hall student organizations. Organizations include hall government, clubs, and black caucus. The scrapbooks in the collection contain activity reports, newspaper clippings, photographs, and programs from events.
