This collection contains letters, brochures, and a rough draft of a booklet entitled, "Adoption Laws and Related Court Procedure in Michigan." The letters are between Lyons and Ruth Bowen, then head of the Children's Division of Welfare, and concern the rough draft of the booklet and possible revisions. The rough draft of "Adoption Laws and Related Court Procedure in Michigan," written by Maxine Boord Virtue, also included, contains editing marks and revisions.

The brochures in the collection describe the White Steam Car, the Baker Boiler, and the Delling Steam Car including two photographs.
