Annual Reports are stored separately and include the years 1960–1971, 1977, 1979, 1981, 1983, 1996. Also included are subject files and correspondence of Theodore I. Hedrick, a professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition.

The electronic resource, "The Dairy Foods Industry in Michigan 1860-2003," is a program hosted by John Partridge which discusses the dairy industry in Michigan and Michigan State University's role in the industry.
