These papers reflect Dr. Wharton’s participation in the Presidential mission to Latin America. They include background information about each country visited as well as the final report generated after the mission was completed. There are reports from each country supplied to the mission for informational purposes. These reports are written in Spanish and French. There are drafts of the final report, and the final report of the mission in this series. Accompanying the final report are newspaper reviews and articles about the mission and its effects on Latin American policy.
