Campus at War for Peace, The, 1944
Scope and Contents
Designed primarily for showing to alumni groups, high schools, civic groups, extension groups, and numerous other youth and educational organizations, this 1944 film was developed by the departments of photography, alumni relations, and publications to depict the college's contribution to the war effort during World War II.
At the national conference of the American Alumni Council, held in May of 1944, the movie received the award of excellence for the best motion picture film of a university or college at war.
