Robert Short papers
Scope and Contents
The Robert Short papers contain an Interfaith Council Constitution, enrollment and schedule cards, as well as Men's Council materials including a constitution, meeting minutes, and member list. Also included are postcard announcements for a Block and Bridle steak roast and an Agriculture Division meeting. Other materials include sociology and rural life course materials, Spartan "Y" Cabinet materials, and an English test. The Student Council materials include a constitution, survey for the project on the control of student activities, and classification of organizations. There are also Elsworth Student Cooperative materials including Bylaws, rules, balance sheet, and budget.

Biography
Robert Short attended Michigan State University from 1939-1942 and did not appear to graduate. He was involved in Men's Council, Religious Council, and was a member of Elsworth Cooperative House.
