Biographical / Historical
Reverend Howard Crosby (1826-1891) was the husband of Margaret Everston (dates unknown) and the father of Ernest Howard Crosby (1856-1907). He was a professor of Greek at the University of the City of New York and Rutgers College, a Chancellor of the University of New York, and a Reverend of the Fourth Presbyterian Church in New York (1863-1891).
