Biographical / Historical
Maunsell Schieffelin Crosby (1887-1931) was the son of Ernest Howard Crosby (1856-1907) and Fannie Schieffelin Crosby (1860-1925), and the father of Helen Crosby Glendening (1911-1995) who donated the collection. He was an orinthologist and author.
