Biographical / Historical
Philip is a Tasmanian Aboriginal who writes for the aboriginal perspective of men’s councils and women’s councils. Philip was also the editor of Leg-gend International. Ed Barton met Philip when they attended the International Men’s and Gender Conference, 1st, in Kansas City, MO, in 1993.
