Abstract
This 80 page document was edited by Antonio Flores and Barbara Ann O'Kelly as a report commissioned by the Michigan Educational Opportunity Fund. It was a special pre-publication edition that was also distributed at the 12th Annual Midwest NACS conference. The papers examine patterns of education, employment and political involvement of Hispanics in Michgan. The authors concluded that if patterns were allowed to persist, increasingly large numbers of Hispanics will be barred from fully participating in Society.
