Note: John Macchietto, Ph.D., Texas State Representative for CFM (Coalition of Free Men) (Later NCFM) took on the task of sending out periodic mailing of newspaper clippings, articles, and such to all CFM State Reps., members of the Board, and a few other people in CFM. This mailing was to occur on a bimonthly basis. It began with this first mailing, and lasted until June 1990. The bimonthly schedule was more that John could keep up with, and the mailings became more infrequent, until finally he gave up the role after he taken over editing Transitions - - the bimonthly newsletter of CFM. There were a total of 20 informational packets sent out in all, counting one small packet, which Dr. Macchietto described as a supplement.

These 20 Information Distribution Packets are prefixed with a letter to “State Representatives.” Since this copy given to Changing Men Collections belonged to Francis Baumli, there often is a note, written by Dr. Macchietto, to Dr. Baumli on the “from letter” to the CFM State Reps.
