Scope and Contents
Announcements to Scotts dealers and employees, newsletters, letterheads, blank receipt copies, invitations, tour information, bulletins, communication between large number of employees, speeches, radio announcements, and company history. Of note in Box 3 includes newsletters such as Ticker Tape News, C. B. Mill's company history "First in Lawns: O. M. Scott and Sons", and C.B. Mills buying trip notebook - Europe, c. 1922. Box 4 also includes a 78 rpm record; Sue Adams; newsletters "Right Around Scotts" (1942-1945), and loose photographs. Box 5 also includes historical sales, research, and handbooks published by O. M. Scott and Sons Co., 1922-1960; annual reports (1957-1970), newsletters including "Green Scene" (1980, 1998-2001), "Turf Talks" (1966-1976), and Action Reports from the Front Line (1958-1963); 5x Lawn Care 1955 bound, and historic magazine advertisements.
