Each booklet contains portraits of female impersonators, including short biographies for some. Photographs by Romaine, and illustrations by Li-Kar.
Orange label booklet (ca. 1945) features: Walter Hart, Nikki Gollucci, Li-Kar, Frank Doran, Niles Marsh, Johnny Magnum, Del LeRoy, Freddie Renault, Bobbie Janson, Milton La Maire, Gene LaMarr, Harvey Lee, and Jerry Vaughn.
Yellow cover booklet (ca. 1947) features: Li-Kar, Frank Doran, Niles Marsh, Johnny Mangum, Del Leroy, Freddie Renault, Milton La Maire, Ray Francis, John Lonas, Jackie Maye, and Karyl Norman.
Blue label booklet (ca. 1951) features: Walter Hart, Ray Francis, John Lonas, Lestra La Monte, Li-Kar, Nicki Gallucci, Freddie Renault, Milton La Maire, Vaughn Auldon, Niles Marsh, Francis David, Francis Stillman, and Nick Sterile and his Finocchio Four band.
