Biographical / Historical

The feast letters was a year-long project by poet Diane Wakoski to welcome in the new decade. The project started on February 22, 1980 and ended on February 22, 1981. The participants, or imbibers, were to write 4 letters - one for each season, though not necessarily in their order, about a remembered, mythical, or actual meal.
