This collection consists of photographs, press releases, articles, and wanted posters of Rodney Adam Coronado, all related to the arson attack at the Mink Research Farm at Michigan State University. Most of the photographs show the aftermath of the damage at Anthony Hall and the mink barn that took place on February 28, 1992. The John Melton Hunter papers contain extensive materials in the field of medical geography and health, demography, geography and cartography. It includes original text and map manuscripts and original field notebooks, correspondence, and some photographs of John Hunter. The focus of the collection is strongest on West Africa, in particular Ghana, but also ranges across other regions of Africa, and includes documents on British and Latin American geography.

The John Merlin Hunter papers are from Hunter’s experiences working with universities in foreign countries under the auspices of either Michigan State University or the Ford Foundation. With the exception of the Family Correspondence series, the collection is professional in nature and contain little personal information. The two largest series come from Hunter’s experiences in Argentina and Brazil. The collection contains many documents written in Spanish or Portuguese.
