The collection consists of a ledger of farm records which contains a register of students from Michigan State University who visited the farm with their class in the years 1922-1928 and some memoirs which are not dated. Also included are numerous newspaper and magazine articles which describe Parmalee and his farm.

The Pascal James Imperato collection consists of photocopies of Louis Cheu de Hohnel's "Over Land and Sea in Earlier Times and More Recent Days (1857-1909). Being an Austrian Rear Admiral's Own Narrative of His Life" and a translation of Count Samuel Teleki's personal diary of explorations in East Africa translated into English by Charles and Vera Teleki with correspondence, biographical materials, and publications by Imperato and Geza Teleki on Samuel Teleki's explorations.

The collection consists of digital images taken by Patricia Horn (member of the Retirees Association) at the MSU Archives open house event with Maya Washington to preview her documentary Through the Banks of the Red Cedar.
