The records consist of a "Catalog of Course Outlines" which gives the name of the course and an outline of the curriculum. There is also a "Handbook of Policies and Procedures and Guides for Community Leaders." The handbook gives background information, a plan for implementation, roles and responsibilities of community leaders, and description of the implementation in four communities.
