This collection consists of home cures and recipes for medicines for various human and animal diseases, including cholera, diphtheria, catarrh, and baldness. Some of the remedies were copied by hand, others clipped from newspapers. The collection also includes a notebook of remedies collected by George S. Barber of Grass Lake, Michigan.
