The Public Interest Research Group in Michigan (PIRGIM) records contain brochures and a PIRGIM Directory of Consumer Assistance Services. Also included are flyers called “pirgrim exposes” and “What has PIRGIM done for ME lately?” The collection also includes a circa 1981 June edition of the PIRGIM Citizen’s Connection newspaper.

Scope and Contents From the Record Group: The records consist of department administrative materials as well as reports and publications. There is material about the bean industry, creameries, and elevators. Also included are bylaws, financial information and questionnaires relating to cooperatives, exchanges, agriculture associations, and farm bureaus in Michigan.
