George J. Jenks collection
The George J. Jenks collection contains photographs of the following people: A. E. Bulson Jr., Ruby I. Edwards, George Jenks, Frank Kedzie, Robert C. Kedzie, Francis McGrath, John O'Bannon, N. L. Russurau, Frank R. Whiting, and R. H. Wilson. The collection also includes photographs of the 1886 M.A.C. (Michigan Agrucultural College, now Michigan State University) baseball team and mechanical students outside the iron shop in 1886.
Hospitality Association records
The Hospitality Association records consist of two newsletters: Les Gourmets Journal, 1955 and Hospitality's Best, 2008-2009. Les Gourmets Journal was published by the Les Gourmets club. The issues contain news about members, events, information on short courses, and news relating to the major. Hospitality's Best newsletter contains information about the various hospitality clubs, and events.
Inter-Cooperative Council records
The records of the Inter-Cooperative Council consist of meeting minutes, history of MSU cooperative housing by Orion Ulrey and George Motts, by-laws, and one issue of the Inter-Cooperative Council committee newsletter. There are also documents about the role of the faculty advisor and a job description of the general manager. There is also an Elsworth House orientation book that includes membership information including an application.
Jan M. Parisian papers
This collection consists of two letters from Jan Parisian to Dorothy Hopkins updating and thanking her for helping with research for her doctoral degree. One letter describes some of her findings relating to management skills needed for directing Administrative Information Systems at the university level. The other letter thanks her for attending her oral exam and for her encouragement.
Jim Segedy and Larry Phillips papers
The collection consists of a script for a musical called "The Merry Lives of Mayo or the adventures of mary mayo at m.s.u.," a not too Original Surrealistic Musical in Several Acts, by Jim Segedy, Larry Phillips and assorted friends. It is a humorous take on a student named Mary Mayo arriving at Michigan State University to start college and her experiences with registration and college life. Some of the dialogue is set to the tune of popular songs.
