Harold J. McGarvey collection
This collection contains photographs and negatives of buildings, some during construction, at Michigan State College (now Michigan State University) taken by Harold J. McGarvey. There are also photographs and negatives of what appears to be the East Lansing area.
Jean A. Lowe papers
Collection consists of memorabilia from Lowe's years at Michigan State College (1935 - 1939). This includes photographs of graduation and campus buildings; report cards; graduation announcements and programs; Sigma Kappa Sorority materials; a Mary Mayo Dormitory brochure; and birth and death certificates.

William A. Ball Collection
The William A. Ball collection consists of color slides taken by Ball of the dedication of the Macklin Field in 1948. The dedication slides show the bands as well as dignitaries on the field. Other slides in the collection include flooding in Lansing and East Lansing in 1947, and a Lansing Memorial Day parade in 1947. One of the flooding pictures shows the MSC Band Shell with water around it.
