Abstract
This folder includes biographical articles and an obituary for Henry Martinez. Martinez was born in San Antonio Texas and lived in Bay City Michigan. He served as State Commander of the American GI Forum and in other positions within the local chapter as well as other volunteer organizatons. The local chapter was named for his brother Tomas V. Martinez who was reported as the first soldier from Bay County Michigan to be killed in action in Vietnam. Included is a copy of the Congressional Record entry recognizing Enrique Martinez on July 19, 2000 and correspondence between he and Diana Rivera, MSUL.
