Abstract

This folder includes biographical information on Tomas V. Martinez, the first soldier from Bay County Michigan to be killed in the Vietnam war. Included is correspondence from the Department of the Army listing Tomas's medals and awards from the US government (7) and Vietnam government (3). Also included are articles on the Michigan Vietnam Veterans Memorial and a traveling replica of the Vietnam Wall.
