The James J. Nugent collection consists of images taken by Nugent at a Vietnam protest march on May 14, 1970 that went from MSU to the Capitol with a rally at the Capitol afterwards. The images show people marching along Michigan Avenue, protest signs, and a damaged car. There is also an image of people holding a mock coffin with the words Vietnam Cambodia Kent.
