The collection consists of a Michigan State College (now Michigan State University) diploma, a MSC commencement program, and engineering experiments for Phys 306q. Also included is a Oklahoma University Civil Defense Training Short Course certificate.

The John F. Brower papers consist of materials from his time as a student at Michigan State University including notes, class exercises, exams, textbooks, and experiments. Also included are materials from his military science classes as well as his military service.

Scope and Content

The Mark K. Griggs collection consist of class notebooks for engineering and physics classes at Michigan State University. The notebooks contain Griggs' handwritten assigments and diagrams. The Engineering Laboratory Notes by J.A. Polson notebook contains printed exercises as well. The physics notebook contains drawings of physics principles, machines and equipment. It is dated 1907 and is probably not from his studies at MSU.

Scope and Contents The Mary Kramer Grammel papers span the years 1897 to 1899 and consist of domestic science note cards, a sewing instruction booklet, a sewing sampler booklet, and notes from her 1899 physics class. The physics notes include diagrams for experiments with matching lab worksheets and mathematical formulas, as well as practice problems.
