Walter Alfred Newton papers
Papers of Walter Newton consist of one scrapbook, containing programs, tickets, greeting cards, postcards, party invitations, photographs, and news clippings describing activities of the Phi Delta Society, athletic events, and campus life. Also included is Michigan Agricultural College memorabilia, as well as handouts from a surveying class, and a 1911 Commencement program.
William Frank Staley papers
The William F. Staley collection includes a class of 1888 M.A.C. yearbook with WF Staley embossed on front and book mark at his picture. Throughout the yearbook, death dates have been written by some of the portraits. Also included is a 50th Anniversary photograph of the class of 1888 (W. F. Staley is 4th from left front) with notations on back, and a photograph of the Staley family.

The paper discusses classes (physical education, English, and animal husbandry), Reserve Officer Training Corp, professors, students, student activities (including hazing and class rush), and the city of East Lansing.
