The majority of this collection is recordings of meetings discussing matters pertaining to student academic life, 1976-1992. There is one folder containing meeting minutes from 1989 to 1992.

The records of the Faculty Council consist of audio recordings of Council meetings from 1968 to 2000. Also included are meeting minutes.
Floyd M. Barden papers
The Floyd M. Barden papers consist of an oral history interview conducted by Frank Dennis in 1973. Barden discusses fruit farming in South Haven (1850-1900), his experiences while a student at Michigan Agricultural College (1904-1908), and his later interaction with the College, particularly his work with the Cooperative Extension Service (circa 1910-1930). The collection includes an audio cassette and transcription of the interview.

The collection includes a Chi Omega Spring Dance Program (1951), graduation materials (1952), MSC decals, the football program from the MSC vs Ohio State game (1951), photographs of campus buildings (1952), and a 45 rpm record of the MSC Men's Glee Club (circa 1955).
