The Booth Newspaper collection contains clipping files on a variety of subjects related to Michigan including politics, education, public issues, and Michigan's athletic teams the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions. These records are primarily documents that were created for and during the meetings of the Capital Area Rail Council. They include agendas, minutes, correspondence and other communications, legal documents, and drawings for railway station upgrades. Chester Clark papers

The Chester Clark papers consist of htree of Clark's letters to Joseph Price. In the letters Clark describes his graduation from high school, the farm he lived on, his garden and fair prizes, and hist first week as a freshman at Michigan Agricultural College. Also included is a newspaper clipping from "The Boys World" advertising Clark's interest in a pen pal, and a photograph of Chester Clark taken May 1, 1936.
