The Amy Davis collection consist of the volume Michigan State University: Off the Record by alumna Amy Davis, published by College Prowler. The publication is arranged topically and contains facts, statistics, and resources. For some topics, there are quotes by Michigan State University students. Residential Option in the Arts and Letters (ROIAL) Time Capsule collection
Starting in approximately 1990 until approximately 2001, under the direction of Prof. Anita Skeen, freshman and sophomore students prepared a time capsule every year to document their world for future generations in a closed deposit at MSU Special Collections for 100 years.
George Will visit to Michigan State University protest signs and other materials
This collection includes several large protest signs from the December 2014 demonstrations against MSU’s Fall commencement speaker, George F. Will, coverage of the controversy on the State News, as well as material from an alternative commencement ceremony, the Michigan State University "Surviving and Thriving Celebration."

The Michigan Grape Protest Banners collection contains two banners related to grape protests at Michigan universities. The organizations represented on these banners include LASO (Latin American Student Organization), Culturas de las Razas (CRU) - a pan-Latino student organization for college students, and MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán).
Nora Salas papers
The Nora L. Salas papers document Salas' involvement with Chicano and minority university politics and activism at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University, as well as some events in the greater Detroit area. Focusing on educational issues, affirmative action, political advancement, and community support programs, the papers include conference materials, meeting files, news articles, flyers, pamphlets, and poetry.

The Radicalism posters collection (approximately 1965-2019) consists of 289 posters relating to topics including Amnesty, Anti-Apartheid, Black Panthers, Campaign Politics, Communes, Communism, Health (AIDS and Safe Sex), Iraq, Labor, LGBT, Local Events and Organizations, Nuclear Arms, Protests, the Student Democratic Society (SDS), Vietnam, and Women’s events (including the White Ribbon Society).
