This collection contains a microfilm copy of Allen Benton Morse's 1859 diary that he kept while a student at the Agriculture College of the State of Michigan (now Michigan State University).

The collection contains a diary (1869-1870) of Alonzo Towner depicting farm life in Bath, Clinton County, Michigan. Added to the back of the diary are the minutes (1902-1910) of board meetings of the Perry Percheron Horse Company, a stud service operating in Perry, Shiawassee County, Michigan, recorded by the acting secretary, J. H. Towner.
Amos Franklin diary
The collection consists of Amos Franklin's diary (January 1 to December 31, 1865). He lived in Michigan and was probably a carpenter. His diary entries are fairly brief and primarily discuss his daily activities and his jobs.
