Six daybooks and one account book deal with Roof's real estate business and agricultural activities. The papers consist of one 1911 letter from Reverend William Lytteil of Brier, Michigan, to Albert B. Graham. In the letter Lytteil gives the origins and history of the name Graham. Although the letter is written on Michigan Agricultural College letterhead, Lytteil’s association with the college is unknown.
