Harold J. Horan collection
Horan's collection consists of postcards and photographs. His postcard collection contains both baseball and football players, scenes, and buildings of Michigan State University. Of note, are the postcards of the fraternity and society houses and two postcards that depict the burning Engineering Building. Horan's photographs consist of interior and exterior shots of the Olympic House as well as one photograph of five uniformed soldiers.

CUMREC records consists of historical displays for 1956-1971, financial information, a flag, slides, pins and badges, newsletters, policies, and members.
The electronic resource consists of a documentary style video called "The Celebration of an Idea, the Realization of a Dream" commemorating the 50th anniversary of CUMREC. The video gives a historical account of administrative computing, Frank Martin, and past conferences.

Hospitality Association records
The Hospitality Association records consist of two newsletters: Les Gourmets Journal, 1955 and Hospitality's Best, 2008-2009. Les Gourmets Journal was published by the Les Gourmets club. The issues contain news about members, events, information on short courses, and news relating to the major. Hospitality's Best newsletter contains information about the various hospitality clubs, and events.

The collection currently consists of 15 folders containing brochures, conference programs and flyers, newsletters, reports, and surveys. Of particular interest, is the folder containing materials from the Forum Series (1991 - 2000).
The Electronic Resources includes correspondence in the form of e-mail memos sent to the Deans, Directors, and Chairs e-mail listserv.
