African Agricultural Mechanization Study records
The African Agricultural Mechanization Study records contain administrative and accounting records, correspondence, and progress and final reports. Technical records consist primarily of information on hydraulic systems, also some on agriculture and various African countries. Also includes a few workshop and colloquium records, and records for the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Alton Wheaton papers
The Alton Wheaton papers contain primarily financial records and other forms of inventory that Wheaton took while working on his farm. There is also a small section on some of Wheaton’s community activities, some photographs of said activities, and two books on the Wheaton family genealogy. There are also a number of folders containing deeds and titles to various pieces of land Wheaton owned. There are also catalogs, plans, newsletters and brochures on farm topics.
Argentina Project (Balcarce) records
Records of the Argentina Project (Balcarce) consist of official reports and staff reports, personal and official staff correspondence, and preliminary studies and drafts of the project. Also included are financial and funding records, administrative records, and information on Argentina and agriculture.
Brazil Project records
Records of the Brazil Project include a large amount of correspondence and personal data of staff; budget and administrative records; and reports, both official and miscellaneous. Some of these are in Portuguese. Also included is a large amount of information on the country of Brazil and suggestions for Americans going to Brazil.

The annual reports of Contract and Grant Administration Office provide general information on changes in the amounts of grants and contracts, as well as staff lists, breakdown by college, listing of overseas contracts, and a list of expenditures.
The Electronic Resources series includes six issues of the Contract and Grant Administration (CGA) Post-Award Newsletter, dating from 2011 to 2014.
