Anna M. Angell papers

Arnold Bransdorfer papers

Scope and Contents

This collection contains negatives and photographs taken by Bransdorfer during his time as a student at Michigan State College. The photographs are of his friends A. Farquhason, J.J. Albert, Joan Benson, Con Williams (Spartan Editor), Pat McCarthy, Doug Trezise, and Beatrice Wilson. The postcards in the collection are of campus buildings, and were purchased by Bransdorfer at a stamp show in Alma, Michigan.

Art Freeman papers

The Art Freeman papers contain dance cards from 1936 to 1938, programs from the first and second Interfraternity convocation, invitations to various dances, pamphlets about student and Greek life on campus, two separate commencement booklets from 1938, student council stationary with an envelope, and a newspaper clipping on hazing in fraternities.

Chamberlain family papers

Scope and Contents The collection consists of family correspondence, documents, and business records, particularly relating to Henry Chamberlain. Included are genealogies of the Chamberlain, Langdon, Woodward and Wheelock families.The letters in the early years of the collection relate to the migration of the family westward to Ohio, and then to Michigan. Clarence C. Case papers

Scope and Content

The materials in these papers consist mainly of correspondence, manuscripts, notes, and statements concerning Case's military career, his efforts to re-establish the CCC, the establishment of Citizens for Conservation, Inc., the 1958 Senate race, the Michigan Department of Economic Development, and the Youth Conservation Corps. Also included are poetry written by Case and a number of booklets on a variety of subjects which he collected.
