Faculty Council records
The records of the Faculty Council consist of audio recordings of Council meetings from 1968 to 2000. Also included are meeting minutes.
Farmers Social Club records
This collection consists of three volumes (1877-1901) containing the constitution, bylaws, and minutes of the meetings of the Farmers Social Club of Tecumseh, Michigan. The records also contain information on planting techniques, discussion of market prices in comparison with the West, a detailed history of the club and its fair exhibitions, and obituaries of deceased members.

Graduate Council records
Records of the University Graduate Council consist of meeting minutes which provide a history of graduate programs Michigan State University, a topical index to the Council minutes, an index to correspondence providing names and graduation dates of degree recipients, and four editions of "Graduate Students' Rights and Responsibilities." Annual reports are also included in the collection.
Harris Olson CUMREC records
CUMREC records consists of historical displays for 1956-1971, financial information, a flag, slides, pins and badges, newsletters, policies, and members.
The electronic resource consists of a documentary style video called "The Celebration of an Idea, the Realization of a Dream" commemorating the 50th anniversary of CUMREC. The video gives a historical account of administrative computing, Frank Martin, and past conferences.

Inter-Cooperative Council records
The records of the Inter-Cooperative Council consist of meeting minutes, history of MSU cooperative housing by Orion Ulrey and George Motts, by-laws, and one issue of the Inter-Cooperative Council committee newsletter. There are also documents about the role of the faculty advisor and a job description of the general manager. There is also an Elsworth House orientation book that includes membership information including an application.
