Adam L. Roof papers
His papers include letters (1860-1850) written while Roof was serving in the Michigan House of Representatives and later in the Senate. Six daybooks and one account book deal with Roof's real estate business and agricultural activities. The miscellaneous documents include tax receipts (1860,1861), and adoption agreement (1868), biographical notes on Roof and newspaper articles on the early history of Lyons.

The collection consists of his book, Memories, in which Addison Wilber describes his life which including student life as a Michigan State College (now Michigan State University) and his career as a civil engineer from the 1930s to the 1960s.

The records of the Agricultural Club contain two copies of the club's constitution along with a later amendment to the constitution. Also contained, is a hardcover journal which served to hold the minutes of the club. The minutes span from 1920 to 1926 and detail the activities of the club, the nominees and officers of the executive board, and, at times, the financial situation of the club.
