A REO-Grams newsreel. Children at Walter French Junior High School in Lansing (MI) perform mock wedding ceremonies. A style show hosted by the Retail Dry Goods Association takes place in the Hotel Olds Ballroom in Lansing.

Scenes of Saigon (negative only), undated
MSU Police Advisor Carl Rumpf shoots everyday scenes in Saigon City, including furniture making, ladies wearing nón lás (conical hats), people working in shops, various modes of transportation used in Saigon, farming, and children.
School of Journalism film
The collection contains a 16 mm, color/sound film (25 minutes) entitled "The Spirit of Freedom" which shows Benjamin Franklin touring a modern newspaper plant and his visit to an elementary classroom where students are using the newspaper.
School of Labor and Industrial Relations records
The records consist of conference proceedings, publications, reports, and conference and workshop brochures. There is also material from the Labor Program service including conference and workshop flyers as well as publications. Also included are Labor Advisory Committee materials and a report to the Michigan State University president from the Long Range Planning Committee.
